MAKE THESE ADORABLE LABEL FOR HANDMADE CHRISTMAS GIFTS

So I made these adorable labels for Bath Salts, soap and peppermint oil pulling! See recipes and health benefits for Bath Salts and oil pulling below label instructions. I’m just starting these salt baths and the oil pulling and really excited to see how they make me feel. But in the mean time, they’re visually adorable…

 

SUPPLIES:

-Labels (make your own or print here)

-Fancy label to glue your custom print out labels to (mine were $2.99 from Hobby Lobby)

-Double sided tape or glue

-Ruler

-Scissors

-String to tie labels to bottles

-Glass bottles from Hobby Lobby (they’re amazing looking and super affordable)

Hobby Lobby Coupon (optional – but it’s 40% off!)

-Packaging tape (optional – but it will protect labels against water)

-Hole Punch

STEP 1:

Print custom labels, cut out and attach with glue or double sided tape to fancy store bought label.

STEP 2:

Wrap in packaging tape, fold it in half – press together and cut around the edges

(this is optional – but this helps protect the label from water)

STEP 3:

Punch Hole and thread with string and attach to jars!

Peppermint Mouth Wash - oil pulling


 

PEPPERMINT OIL PULLING RECIPE:

About 1 cup liquid (fractionated) coconut oil

Approximately 1-2 tablespoons of baking soda

20-30 drops of organic essential oil of peppermint

Mix together and place in adorable Hobby Lobby jar! Swish about a TB around in mouth for entire shower or 20 minutes. Enjoy fresher breathe and cleaner teeth!

BATH SALT RECIPE

1-2 TB Himalayan Salt

1/4 c Dead Sea Salt

2 c. Epson

Drops of essential oils – optional (Lavender, Mint, and “balance” are some recommended ones)

Mix in hot tub and get ready to pamper yourself – soak, rejuvenate, meditate, heal, relax, detox and sleep better!
